Silken Tofu

Ingredients

150 g silken tofu
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp chopped peanuts
1/2 tsp sugar or honey
1/2 tsp chinkiang vinegar

Algorithm

Gently cut the tofu into 1 cm slices and place on a serving dish. Combine the ingredients into a sauce and pour over the tofu. Set aside for 5-10 min. and serve with rice.
